The controller of data collected via this site is the publisher identified in the legal notice.

2. Data collected

Only the information you voluntarily share with us via the contact form: company, first name, last name, work email and, where applicable, phone, volumes, workflow and free message.

Inputs entered in the express audit (volume, percentage of cases, time spent, specifics) are sent to our AI analysis processor (OpenAI) to generate the response, without being linked to your identity or retained after generation.

3. Purpose

This data is used solely to respond to your request and qualify a potential commercial relationship. It is neither sold, transferred, nor used for outbound sales outreach.

4. Retention

Inactive requests are deleted within 12 months. Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the contract plus any applicable legal retention period.

5. Cookies

This site does not use audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers.
